In addition, please send us a copy of a voided personalized check or deposit slip from your bank, and a copy of your valid driver's license. Be sure to fill out all the requested information including your birth date and social security number and sign the release at the bottom of the form. PLEASE BE SURE TO SPECIFY AN AMOUNT FOR THE LINE OF CREDIT YOU ARE REQUESTING.
After supplying your personal info and banking reference(s), our casino manager will try to establish your personal credit line by telephone. However, many banks will only rate by mail with your written consent. If this is the case, it may take 14 days working by mail. To authorize the bank to verify by mail, please sign the CONSENT FORM which will be mailed to the bank. There is no need to fill in the other areas of that form.
Approved applications will have a credit limit, however, the credit line will not be activated until you have appeared in person with a proper valid I.D., and sign your cage card agreement. When you arrive at the Fremont, please stop by the main casino cage and tell the cashier that you have applied for credit by mail. If you need further assistance, please contact a casino shift manager.
